When the Walmart video came out, we wondered....why are they showing such a far away shot of the back of the minivan when the unmarked car pulls nose to nose with it? Surely there was a closer camera. And then we saw it. Right off the media web sites.This has been right in front of our faces, this entire time.

The cops added/altered a white square over the back window of the minivan, to deliberately withhold and conceal something from us. But what? It is obvious that the white square is not part of the minivan, it is something translucent and is definitely on the outside of the minivan. This white translucent square is obviously added to the video after the fact! It starts from a little above center window, down to the license plate area...

IF what the cops say happened the way they said it happened, they wouldn't have deliberately altered, concealed or withheld ANYTHING from us, anybody could agree with that. So why did they?

WHY did the cops deliberately conceal and withhold what was going on back there? What is going on back there? Was this altered/doctored to hide the Kanes being fired on through their back window, before Jerry Kane even opened his door? Is this where Jerry Kane stepped out with his left foot, put his hands up and was shot through the palm of his left hand and his left forearm, according to the Coroner? What else is altered/doctored in this video? Was this video altered to show Joe coming out of the window of the closed passenger door, about 3 to 4 feet above the minivan in yet another impossible configuration? We know the traffic stop video was reverse engineered and reenacted after the fact, to place the Kanes at a stop they were never at. Now this?

WE NOW KNOW WHAT THEY DELIBERATELY CONCEALED AND WITHHELD--THE LICENSE PLATE IS ON THE BACK OF THE MINIVAN. BLOW IT UP, SEE FOR YOURSELF. WHY DID THEY DO THIS? (It may take a sophisticated program so we'll add the photos for those who don't have the program and/orcapability, so you can see for yourselves). But we've got it and the license plate is on the minivan plain as day!!

Remember, according to the eyewitness, the killers took the license plates off at the traffic stop. Yet the dash cam shows license plates on the minivan as it's driving away. The Arkansas State Police (ASP-Case Summary) stated that the Kanes took the license plates off at an apartment complex. Amazingly, further into that same ASP-Case Summary, it states the Kanes took the license plates off in the Walmart parking lot. (Yet they never showed us the video of that, did they?) How many times can license plates be taken OFF, yet still be ON?

Clearly, the killers who took their license plates of NOT the Kanes. Clearly, the killers were NOT the Kanes. The Kanes still had their license plates on their minivan. Yet the police altered the video to make it appear the Kanes HAD taken off their license plates, when they hadn't.

So why go to all the trouble of altering a video to cover up license plates on the Kanes minivan? Wouldn't it have been much easier just to say the eyewitness misspoke? And say the dash cam was accurate? This way they wouldn't have had to alter the video and make it appear that there wasn't a license plate there, when there was a license plate there. Why go to such lengths to alter the video to make it look like the Kanes DIDN'T have a license tag on the back of their minivan?

And then the Truth hit us like a ton of bricks...

These cops had just killed an innocent family that didn't match the race of the killers (Hispanics), the number of killers (3), the complection of the killers (Dark) or matched the vehicle description the killers were in (White Dodge Caravan with an Orange roof). So the ONLY WAY they could be 'justified' in going after the Kanes like a wild pack of murderous dogs, was to say that they had probable cause to kill the Kanes but ONLY if the Kanes DID NOT have license plates on their minivan, matching what the eyewitness said about the killers vehicle, not having license plates. This was their last desperate attempt at a HAIL MARY, to cover their Homicidal butts. And to make you, the unsuspecting trusting public, believe what they said, hook, line and sinker.

And the fact that they would use what the eyewitness said, versus what the dash cam showed, is just further proof that their dash cam was faked.

One other problem with this. They were literally backed into a corner anyway, because when two different 911 operators asked "Are these Ohio tags, Are these Ohio tags"? The eyewitness said "No, they took them off". The killers didn't have Ohio. Tags. ANYWAY. But their last ditch desperate Hail Mary was to attempt to make us believe the Kanes didn't have license plates on their minivan...This could very easily happen to your friends and family too. For the police to kill them, then cover it up. Is anyone ok with that scenario? I'm not.

So Pauderts ludicrous statement for a pullover with the Kanes that never happened was that the Kanes had unusual Ohio license plates (When he knew the Kanes had a proper Ohio license plate and a registration that is valid until 06/12 and that the Kanes never were pulled over) 1000% proves he was a party, complicit and knee deep in the cover up as well. We also know that chief played a role in the reenactment videos, he was an actual PARTICIPANT! You will see photo evidence of this a little further down.

These cops killed innocent people then (very badly) attempted  to cover it up. Also to make you believe the cops who committed the murders, are....'heroes'. You have seen the absolute proof of the video they altered. Are they 'heroes' or do they belong in prison for life?

And that was a real despicable touch in the cover up, putting 2 screwdrivers in Jerry Kanes front jeans pocket. Not 1 screwdriver, but two. To make it appear Jerry Kane had taken off his license plates, when he clearly didn't. The police put false 'evidence' in the front jeans pocket of an innocent man they had tortured and murdered, while he lay there on the ground dead, in an attempt for the cops to cover their trail...

You will clearly see in the following photos of the Traffic stop, First Responders and chief Paudert, are all REENACTMENTS FILMED FURTHER DOWN THE OFF RAMP ROAD. Furthermore, many photos and videos are removed off the internet, which showed the REAL traffic stop location. The ones that are left have been shrunk down to almost nothing in size (See PHOTO #3) or show closed in aerial views. What a surprise.

When the traffic stop and First Responders videos (we took this still photo from the alleged traffic stop) were presented it into the public as genuine, we knew they were faked. Look at PHOTOS #1, #2, #3 & #4. In the photo below, see how low the cement divider is on the left hand side. Look how the off ramp road is forking to the right and away from Interstate 40. See how the minivan goes completely past the low cement divider on the left hand side and drives all the way around the curve! Pathetic. Make special note of the series of tall skinny towers on the horizon, on the far right side. You will be seeing a lot of these, closer up, on the following reenactments.

CLEAR PROOF THAT THE TRAFFIC STOP AND FIRST RESPONDERS REENACTMENT VIDEOS WERE FILMED AT A DIFFERENT LOCATION!!

PHOTO #6:  Anybody see the several problems with this faked 'Traffic Stop' photo? This is a still photo taken from Brandon Pauderts faked dash cam video when 'he' is going up the off ramp road the wrong way. We see the minivan and what we've been told is a Tahoe behind the minivan. The minivan is only 66 inches tall which is 5' 6" from the ground to roof but the 2010 Tahoe is 76.9 inches which is 6' 4.9" from the ground to roof! So WHY can't we SEE the Tahoe in back of the minivan? Because it's not a Tahoe in back of the minivan, that's why. Big oops on the reenactment. Look how far away the Semi is in this photo! Look again at Photo #1 above and compare it to this photo. How can this be? It can only be because they MOVED the location for the traffic stop reenactment further down the off ramp road to the point in which in greatly forked away from Interstate 40! Why did they do reenactments further down the off ramp road then put them out into the public as genuine 41 days later? Because when they finally got around to look at the real dash cams, you know, the real ones with Time/Date stamps and other identifiers, they saw that Jerry and Joe Kane were never involved at all. Jerry and Joe Kane were never stopped, period. When they saw all the dark complected Hispanics running around with AK-47's on the real dash cams, they PANICKED. They knew right then that they had killed a completely innocent family and their pets, at Walmart! Instead of doing the right thing, they set forth on a further conspiratorial corrupt plan to cover their tails. See, it's real simple. Once they decided to LIE, take the dark path, they HAD to place the Kanes at an earlier scene. Enter the (badly) made, obviously MOVED location reenactments. I guarantee you if WMPD had killed Mother Teresa or Ghandi in a hail of over 150 bullets in the Walmart parking lot, they'd have come out with a faked reenactment of them or people with them, shooting down cops too. Probably about 41 days later. We hear that's about how long it takes. Also, they probably couldn't do the reenactments where the real traffic stop with the Hispanics actually happened. Too many people would notice, too many eyes would see what they were doing, too much curiosity aroused. Do you see how dumb they think we are? Do you see how dumb they think you are? Perhaps after years of being behind bars, the conclusion will come that Homicides on innocent people, conspiracies, badly made reenactments and cover ups... was not the right path to take.


Not that this really even matters at this point, but here is:

CLEAR PROOF THE TRAFFIC STOP REENACTMENT AND THE FIRST RESPONDER REENACTMENT WEREN'T EVEN DONE ON THE SAME DAY!

PHOTO #7: Again, this is a still from the faked dash cam video of Brandon Pauderts vehicle. Look how far away the Semi is. Compare this Semi with PHOTO #1, #2, #3 and #4. Notice the little sign on the far right of the photo, below center. And notice the sign almost center of screen. This sign in the center is where the 'First Responder' car #219 will pull up to, which we will show in the next Photo. Notice the almost complete lack of gravel on the right side of the road and there are no flowers. Watch WMPD make gravel and flowers appear in what is supposed to be....6 minutes.

PHOTO #8: More evidence from faked First Responders video. Look how far away the Semi is. Compare this photo with PHOTO #1, #2, #3 and #4. Look at all the gravel that appeared on the right side of the road. And look at that pretty white patch of flowers to the right of car #219. All this in 6 minutes? Gravel appears where there wasn't any, and now a patch of white flowers where there wasn't any, from only 6 minutes earlier? Oh and look, there is the eyewitness. All the way down the off ramp road, away from the real 'traffic stop' scene. What are you doing down there 'Vincent Brown', the real 'traffic stop' is at least 100 feet in the opposite direction!



MORE PROOF THE TRAFFIC STOP REENACTMENT AND FIRST RESPONDER REENACTMENTS WERE DONE AT A DIFFERENT LOCATION

PHOTO #9: This is a still photo taken from Brandon Pauderts faked dash cam video when 'he' is going up the off ramp road the wrong way. Notice how far away the Semi to the right is. Notice there is no shadow across the off ramp road where the Fedex truck will supposedly miraculously appear in about oh, say, 2 minutes.

PHOTO #10: Dash cam from faked First Responders reenactment. Again, notice how far away the Semis are. Compare this photo with PHOTO #1, #2, #3 and #4. Again, clear reenactment in a different location! Notice the shadow from the Fedex truck falling across the off ramp road. Problem with that is, it's supposed to be HIGH NOON. At HIGH NOON, shadows are UNDER everything. This is why sun dials work, they cast shadows depending on the time of day. Furthermore, at HIGH NOON, the track of the sun would be on the same side of the truck that is casting the shadows! They did the First Responders reenactment at the wrong time of day! Another big oops on the reenactment. And I guarantee you there is no radio call from this officer from car #219 (as portrayed) going to 'Little Rock' at 11:54am CST-2:30pm CST on May 20, 2010.


chief Paudert even played his own part in the reenactment, didn't you chief? Oh yes you sure did. We all saw it on 60 Minutes. You running up to a faked reenactment scene further down the off ramp road, in a white T shirt, breasts flopping and big gut hanging out, fat thighs, your body looking surprisingly STRIKINGLY similar to the body of the fat man that was portrayed as Jerry Kane. You were videoed shown going down to the drainage ditch whereas you say a man stops you and says "Don't go up there chief". There's a piece of clip art waiting for you on the road, we don't want you to see that...Then we see you walking up to the road, walking around something. Something that wasn't Brandon. Brandon and Bill were further up the off ramp road. Days or weeks before. You deliberately played your part in the reenactment. Not if, but WHEN people get the full impact of your evil horrendous acts, see with full unadulterated clarity of what you did and what you are doing, all the sorrow and pity felt for you will turn to ABSOLUTE FURY AND RAGE. And rightly so. We are sure Brandon and Bill want their killers found. Yet the killers are still out there at large, and you know it. If Brandon and Bill were good people like you said, then we are sure that they would not have wanted you to kill an innocent family. If Brandon and Bill were good people like you said, then we are sure they want you to bring in the real killers. If Brandon and Bill were good people like you said, then we are sure that they are disgusted with you for what you did. If Brandon and Bill were good people like you said, then we are sure that they are looking down at YOU as scum and vomit and no word is too vile in which to describe YOU (which is what you call the innocent Kanes). Because their killers are still at large, while Brandon and Bills souls are at unrest and in turmoil while YOU are on a psychotic rampage demonizing the innocent people YOU KILLED. But let's do show chief playing his role in the reenactment at the WRONG LOCATION! Let's all be sure to notice how Brandon and Bills vehicles are now pointed away from the ditch. Their vehicles are now opposite of how their vehicles were pointed at the real traffic stop in PHOTO #1, #2, #3 and #4!

But there sure IS a creek where the real traffic stop took place, 100 feet plus the opposite way up the off ramp road...where the REAL traffic stop happened. The jig is up, you have been completely, utterly found out.


We couldn't figure out why the Mayor of West Memphis, AR, one Mayor William H. Johnson refused to take our calls and refused to answer our faxes, and why Mayor William H. Johnson evaded all of our communication attempts. And why Mayor William H. Johnson refused to fire chief Paudert and have him charged for being complicit in Homicides against innocent people, conspiracy and cover up.Then we saw clearly, WHY:

'Special Prosecutor' Mike Walden came out stating "Since all the people from the traffic stop are dead, and there's NO Audio, we'll let the dash cam speak for itself. Mike Walden implied that the 11 police and 1 game officer who were involved in the ramming and shooting of the Kanes were cleared. Because all people were dead and there was NO Audio. Yes, we agree and confirm that a video was downloaded to youtube.com of a Seminar just 6 days earlier. The way the tv report was worded, led people to believe that it was a Seminar Jerry Kane had just done 6 days earlier. But the video that was downloaded to youtube.com 6 days prior was from an All Day Seminar that Jerry Kane had done in Fontana, CA almost 10 months prior, on August 2, 2009! On that date of August 2, 2009, Jerry Kane was getting large. He started losing weight shortly after that August 2, 2009  Fontana, CA Seminar. Jerry Kane had lost at least 60 lbs. since that time. This is why we see a concocted phony dash cam portraying Jerry Kane as morbidly obese!

The Coroner confirms this, with the ASP Criminal Laboratory official autopsy report stating that Jerry Kane had a slightly obese abdomen. It is impossible for the morbidly obese man in the dash cam to have been Jerry Kane. The dash cam was faked in order to falsely and maliciously place the Kanes at a traffic stop they were never at. In effort to attempt to justify Jerry and Joe Kane being rammed, tortured and killed with no calls for surrender, in a hail of over 150 bullets.

This was a very badly put together video after the fact. It was not a big production with a lot of money behind it with skilled people doctoring it, (quite the contrary) due to how ludicrous it was, once it was taken apart. Only a few knew.

The boy portrayed as Joe Kane in the produced dash cam has blondish hair halfway down his forehead, no detectable eyebrows, 2 left hands and one right hand. In the 7 minute 22 second video from the dash cam, the boys face is only seen for 1 1/2 seconds and the face is in motion the entire time. This is the video the media played over and over and over again, ad nauseatum, to cement in your mind that 16 year old Joe Kane was the perpetrator. But let's take it apart and slow it way down....

The answer was "no." When asked why the question was asked, it was said that Jerry had Anti-government material in the minivan. When asked what the Anti-government material was and who was the author of it, it was told that a CD entitled 'Banks don't loan money', was found in the minivan. Are Banks government? How is having a CD entitled 'Banks don't loan money', Anti-government?

Then the close associate was asked if Donna Lee Wray-Kane was Anti-government. The associate said "No, why?" The FBI said "She has a gun." The associate said "She also has a concealed weapons permit and has a right to have a gun. (Again, hardly the actions of One who has been alleged to not believe in any Laws to have a concealed weapons permit) The associate asked the FBI "Do you guys have guns?"

In reviewing an FBI report on Jerry Kane, in serial 283, of OC 266-O, dated 09/08/1999, an EC indicates that Jerry Kane is possibly connected to a group known as Washitaw Nation. The FBI report states "This group is Anti-government in its thinking." However, The United Nations recognizes this group as legitimate indigenous people. So what is the problem? Why do we have FBI agents saying people are Anti-government if they utilize their God given right to protect themselves which is backed up by the 2nd Amendment of the Constitution of the united states of America? It would seem that the Agency calling those who choose to utilize their Rights as Anti-government, are in fact the very ones who are Anti-people or Anti-Rights.

If someone doesn't feel their Rights are protected by the very public servants who are sworn to do so, that means that their Rights are NOT being protected and maintained. Instead of the public servants getting back in their box, doing their job and stop labeling and profiling those who abide by the Constitution, public servants are bashing and labeling the people who are dissatisfied with their job performance. This is just as ridiculous as bashing and labeling children who say they are Anti-Pedophile. Would people object if Firemen all of a sudden started breaking down their front doors of their homes or pulling people over in their vehicles to see if they had flammable materials? Firemen are GREAT! They do a wonderful job and they don't need to set fires, profile people or restrict people's Rights, in order to justify the incredibly stellar job they do.

POINT 4.  JERRY AND JOE KANE WERE NOT RACIST.

Jerry and Joe were colorblind. And I'm not saying that they couldn't see reds or greens, etc. They loved everyone, no matter what color, nationality or religion they were. Color meant nothing to them.

However, Chief Paudert has been the subject of three (3) Public Press Conferences by the West Memphis City Counsel and the NAACP, in effort to get him fired or resign as Police Chief of West Memphis Police Department of Arkansas. Why? For his Hypocrisy, Racism and Brutal Policing Practices. The last Public Press Conference calling for the Chief to resign was on May 6, 2010. Exactly 14 days before he allowed an innocent family to be Tortured and wrongfully murdered!

POINT 5. JERRY AND JOE KANE DID NOT HAVE ANGER TOWARD ANYONE.                                                                                                                        

Jerry and Joe were peaceful people. Jerry was quoting an old Testament bible verse on one of his Seminars, yet this portrayed by the media, SPLC and ADL as it being a direct quote from him. Even worse, they edited off Jerry's own sentence he said right after the quote. What part did they edit off? The edited off the part where Jerry said "But we don't want violence, that is not what we are after." This was done in effort to make Jerry appear dangerous, sell more papers, SPLC and ADL sick attempt to grovel for more donations by fearmongering and falsely scaring people against other fellow Americans. The SPLC and ADL continued to demonize and lie about the Kanes, who both would give the shirt off their backs, help people for no money who had no money, simply in order to help their fellow man.

One of 16 year old Joe Kanes last actions was to force his dog Olie to jump out of the van in attempt to get to safety. You can see Joe's blue shirt in the center drivers side window, getting shot while forcing Olie to jump out and save himself. Olies mom, Little Missy, was most likely killed when the wildlife officer rammed the Kanes van. It appears that after Joe was shot trying to make Olie jump out, as he was moving back to the front of the minivan to check on his dad when you can see a shotgun load coming in under the leaves of a tree, likely hitting the boy in the back. We have reports that Olie was shot 8 times after being forced to jump out of the minivan. And Olie ran to the automatic doors at Walmart, the automatic doors opened for Olie and he ran into the food section and was terrified and bleeding. The reports were that the last survivor, Olie, was going to make it, everything was fine, expected to pull through. Then Olie all of a sudden died. Without good explanation. More later.

POINT 6. JERRY AND JOE WERE TORTURED AND WRONGFULLY MURDERED

**Keep the following in the forefront of your minds as you read this: According to the ASP PIO Public Press Conference on May 20, 2010, after the Kanes were killed, the Kanes were found to have 1 long rifle and one revolver. The two police officers were killed with AK-47's, as in plural....The 'cornered suspects ' didn't match the eyewitness accounts of the killers or APB/BOLO descriptions put out. The Kanes didn't match the race of the killers (Hispanics), the number of killers (3), the complections of the killers (Dark) and the Kanes vehicle didn't even match the vehicle description of the killers (White van with an Orange roof).

Chief Paudert knew the suspects were still alive because dead people can't be 'cornered', and he had the opportunity to fulfill the duties and obligations of his job and Oath of Office as the head law enforcement officer and bring them in, however, Chief Paudert said "I grabbed my pistol and I was going to Walmart and I had planned on killing them," Paudert said. "I wanted to kill them." A threat to kill "suspects" from a public servant who took an Oath to protect and defend the Constitution without regard for due process is an impeachable offense in a due process community. Who is the domestic terrorist here? Did Chief Paudert give the order to kill or imply for the Kanes to be killed when he said this in the May 25, 2010 wmc-tv story?

Chief Paudert outright premeditated 2 murders while he clearly could have given due process to Jerry Kane and Joe Kane as they were still alive and cornered. Also, the Kanes HAD to be alive because the Chief grabbed his pistol to go to Walmart to kill them. One of his yet to be named SWAT officers came to his house later, after the shooting and told him about shooting Jerry Kane. "I had it aimed at the suspect when he turned around and looked at me and I blew his brains out," Paudert said. "I hugged him and kissed him and said he did exactly what I would have wanted him to do." What a surprise! A SWAT officer went up to the Chief and recounted how he had killed Jerry Kane. He didn't say "I had it aimed at the suspect when he turned around and looked at me I called for him to surrender, he refused and I blew his brains out," He didn't say "I had it aimed at the suspect when he turned around and looked at me I called for him to surrender, he refused and aimed a gun toward me putting me in fear of my life and I blew his brains out," SWAT MAN SAID "I had it aimed at the suspect when he turned around and looked at me and I blew his brains out,” According to an article published by wmc-tv, Chief Paudert said "I hugged him and kissed him and said he did exactly what I would have wanted him to do." We demand the evidence that a call for surrender was issued or that officers were identified prior to the alleged gun battle that the Kanes allegedly participated in at Walmart. The only circumstances in which Jerry Kane or Joe Kane EVER would raise a gun to anyone is if they'd been shot at first. Jerry and Joe had never shot anybody, EVER. Jerry said he had been shot years ago by a Sheriff in Ohio who literally did a drive by on him. The scar was awful. Joe had been shot in the face with a BB gun when he was 10 years old by a 13 year old boy. Jerry was arrested because the boy said he didn't shoot Joe in the face or anywhere else, and that Jerry was lying. But in Joe's autopsy report, the ASP Criminal Laboratory Coroner removed a BB from little Joe's beautiful face. Jerry and Joe had been harassed time and time again, beaten by tin god rogue police and Sheriff, who now claims after Jerry Kane is dead and can't speak for himself, that Jerry was dangerous. Even though Jerry and Joe had both been shot, they STILL didn't shoot the people who shot them, or anyone else! Who are the domestic terrorists here? This describes a completely different scene with three (3) or more individuals, having nothing to do with the Kanes.

The December 26, 2010 Commercial Appeal article Wren stated 'Suddenly a swarm of officers shouted to Wren and Busby: "Stay down! Stay down! Get down on the ground!" Wren and Busby, both blood-soaked, watched as fellow officers fired over their heads, pushing the suspects back in the van.

Busby and Wren were shot by officers located around the scene, not by the Kanes. When Busby and Wren were ordered to Stay down! Stay down! Get down on the ground it was only AFTER Busby and Wren got down that fellow officers were, then, 'Firing over their heads.' Prior to Busby and Wren told to Stay down! Stay down! Get down on the ground! Busby and Wren were DIRECTLY in fellow officers’ line of fire around the Kanes van being shot and Busby and Wren were shot repeatedly by friendly fire. This is WHY they were screamed at to Stay down! Stay down! Get down on the ground! Everyone saw the crazy circular cross firing stance of the officers shortly thereafter. Where are all the Ballistic reports? Oh that's right, the Prosecutor announced 41 days after the incident that they weren't going to do ballistics. We were stunned that they hadn't done ballistics ALREADY within the forty one day interim waiting period for the dash cam to come out. Prosecutor Mike Walden said they didn't NEED to do ballistics.... Why are the reports not generated? Why isn't it needed?

We are demanding all powder, paraffin testings and ballistics be done immediately!

Get down on the ground!", there is not one officer to be seen other than Wren and Busby in any direction of the scene from the aerial view of the helicopter video! And considering there was an alleged Helicopter overhead, how could Wren hear anything from anybody? *Wren could be lying or the helicopter video could be doctored.* There may be other possibilities. The eyewitness could be lying AND the videos can be fabricated.

We never see the 'suspects' out of the van 'marching' in order to make it possible to be 'pushed back in the van.'

Chief Paudert said Court was held in the parking lot that day stating that if the Kanes had put down their weapons they'd be alive today and in jail. This is a boldfaced lie. The Kanes would never have used weapons unless they tried to surrender and were shot first, as indicative of the defensive wounds on Jerry Kanes left palm and the Kanes would not be in jail. The Kanes would have cleared any wrongdoing surely and swiftly. These 'law enforcement officers' were rogue vigilantes that killed an innocent family.

According to the ASP Crime Laboratory autopsy report, the real Jerry Kane with the slightly obese abdomen, (not that obese actor that looked 12 months pregnant with breasts) had been shot below his thumb through the palm of his left hand. Jerry Kane, Jr. palm had to be facing toward Sheriff Busby and Wren in a defensive, hands up surrender mode, when Wren or other officer/s shot him. There were no calls for surrender from Busby and Wren. After Jerry Kane, Jr., held his hands up in a surrender mode, he was shot! Put down what weapons? Are hands held up in surrender mode palms forward, now considered weapons? Jerry Kane, Jr. started to back his minivan away from the altercation, most likely horrified and very confused as to why his minivan had been cut off in the Walmart parking lot by an unmarked vehicle cutting off his minivan in the front, the same actions carjackers use. Wondering why he was shot to begin with, with hands up, then the 'Hero' wildlife officer slammed his truck into the Kanes minivan then proudly recited how he shot 30 rounds down at them. We have forensically analyzed the videos frame by frame and we also used FLIR technology. No shots came from the Kanes minivan. However, many shots and shotgun loads were seen going into the Kanes van. The Kanes were slaughtered with extreme prejudice because it was falsely believed they had killed Paudert and Evans at a prior stop. The Kanes had done nothing wrong to warrant their vehicle being rammed, father and minor son and 2 beloved family pets riddled with bullets. Little Missy was killed when the 'Hero' wildlife officer rammed the minivan. Olie our dog was shot 8 times AFTER he jumped out of the minivan trying to run to a safe area.
